SHIPPING & DELIVERY
As a guideline please allow 1-3 weeks, however many of our items will be in stock in which case they can be delivered within 2-3 working days. Special orders, bespoke or hand made will take longer between 4-6 weeks.
All UK orders will be sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £8.00 per order. Outside of UK goods will be posted out by International Signed For at a cost of £10.50 to Europe & £17.50 Rest of the World. A signature will be required upon delivery.
We’re sure that you’ll love your new purchase, but on the rare occasion it isn’t exactly right just send it back and we’ll be more than happy to exchange or offer a credit note.
(This excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items, gift cards and pre owned items.) Just make sure the product is in it’s original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice) and return the unworn item to us within 14 days of purchase.
(Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.)
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide exchanges or issue credit notes on items specially made to order for you or items that have been altered or personalised in any way and products that are not normally stocked by Robert Anthony Jewellers but have been ordered specially for you at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
