Returns Policy
General Stock Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@robertanthonyjewellers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Special Orders
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide exchanges or issue credit notes on items specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by Robert Anthony Jewellers but have been ordered specially for you at your request.
Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Guarantee
We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
